The Hallon Phase II, the second of a 3-phase development, is a 250-unit, mixed-use apartment building currently under construction in Hopkins, Minnesota, located adjacent to the future Blake Road light rail station. This phase will feature a “wellness theme” and offer an active co-working lounge, coffee bar, private work-from-home suites, clubroom, entertainment lounge and demonstration kitchen, secured bike storage, pet spa, listening lounge, fitness center with yoga studio, and a wellness suite with sauna and hydration station.
